The daily whisperer
When people go up the ladder,
let it be your opportunity to be inspired. I have seen many of my friends renovate
their lives and take on positions that I so dearly admire. They are either outside
this country, married, holding a unique post in some companies; some are
entrepreneurs, spiritual warriors, and great mentors and name it.
My reflections after saying
this are centered on the inner voice that speaks daily within me and the echo
is so clear. Sometimes it’s like a whisper and I find myself lost in
imaginations of what could have been, how it should be, or if it would be. I
really don’t like that feeling. If I let it go on, it only stirs up self pity.
I believe by now many of us
have to daily identify how best we can navigate through life. Even after you
see the compass and seem to know the direction, you still come back at the
crossroads and pause to ask more questions before you decide to advance.
Why do I bring up this
subject today? I have purposed to speak positively into my life so I can at
least re-echo the voice of the right whisperer. I know it is never easy
especially when everyone is up there and you fill like you are lugging behind
forever. If there is anyone out there reading this, don’t let your regrets be
your compass. Do not allow yourself to be derailed by your adversaries. For some
of us, we have been misunderstood for a long time while in pursuit of our
dreams. Do not let people misinterpret your kindness for your weakness. Regardless
of despise, you must put yourself together! Express yourself positively, be
confident, and let your efforts be geared at transforming you as well.
So how exactly will this
happen? Here are some life lessons. I have come to terms with the fact that I will
always need to learn from other people and most important accept correction. Hanging
around people who impact your life positively is very important. Some of our
circles have turned out to be the best company we could ever ask for. The support
and long lasting friendships will always cause you to cherish life. Nourish your
life with information that will speak to you. It could be a book, a movie, a
fellowship and so much more. Stop walking alone. And above all this, have a relationship
with yourself, love YOU and seek God in all that you do. Where you are right
now is not the end, you are so close to a good ending. So put yourself together
and listen to the real whisperer. stand up! spread your arms and move forward!!
Mathew 6:33 ; But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
What might have been is an obstruction, remaining a perpetual possibility only in the world of speculation. What might have been and what has been always point to one end, which is always the present; Footsteps echo in the memory, down the passage we did not take towards the door we never opened.. some how we end up always here, in this moment. You and I...
